Event: Monthly Members Dinner Meeting: Second Thursday of the Month

Purpose: Companies seeking investment present to entire membership base for review and funding opportunities.  All SHA members and their guests are welcome. 

If you are an accredited investor interested in joining SHA, and are interested in attending as a guest, please contact Stephen Pollitt, in advance, so that he can add you to our guest list.

Time: 6:00 – 9:00 pm (networking, dinner and presentations)

Location: Refer to SHA Angelsoft account

Event: Pre-Screen Telephone Call: Second Thursday of the Month

Purpose: All SHA members are encouraged to attend to review newly submitted deals in our pipeline, via Angelsoft, and select those deals that will be invited to the monthly pre-screen meeting in preparation for our monthly dinner meeting.

Time: 12:00 – 1:00 pm

Location: Via conference call dial-in

Event: Screening Meeting: Two weeks prior to the monthly Dinner Meeting

Purpose: All SHA members are encouraged to attend to review, in person, newly submitted companies that are invited to present to give a brief overview of their company.   A sub-section of these companies will be selected to present at our Monthly Membership Dinner Meeting

Time: 6:00 – 9:00 pm (light dinner is included)
