He is a partner at Seiler LLP, where he advises closely held companies and high net worth individual and families. He provides tax and business planning services for entrepreneurial and emerging growth companies, real estate companies, investment partnerships, manufacturers and professional service organizations. David also spends a significant amount of time advising high net worth individuals and families with respect to their philanthropic desires, as well as working with private foundations and public charities in view of their mission and public works.
