Nick Triantos

Nick has more than 15 years of experience in software engineering and engineering management. He is currently VP of Engineering at TokBox Inc., a venture-funded startup building an in-browser videophone / video communications platform. Prior to that, Nick served as Chief Software Architect at NVIDIA, where his teams built cross-platform, advanced 3D graphics software, real-time JIT compilers, and other technologies which enabled hundreds of millions of dollars of business for NVIDIA.

Nick is an expert in computer graphics and system software architecture, and also has previous work experience in the set-top box market, console game market, and business productivity software market, from his previous work at Navio (now Liberate), 3DO, and Claris (now part of Apple). Nick is a member of advisory boards to several venture-financed startups across the US, Canada, and Israel.

Nick has a B.S. in computer science from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and MBA's from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business, and Columbia University.
