Sudhir Saxena has over 20 years of experience in a variety of areas including Software, Services and Product Development, with companies such as Oracle Corporation and TCS.

Sudhir has been an Entrepreneur for the last 12 years, during which time he has successfully founded and built up 2 companies. In 1996, Sudhir started Ultimedia, to develop software for Data migration across Business Applications databases. After building up the company to a multi-million dollar business, he eventually sold it in 2002. In 2003, Sudhir founded another company, Cavaya, that focused on Services in the Business Applications area. This company, too, was built up to a multi-million dollar company, before being sold in 2007.

Sudhir is currently President, Sales for ISC, a 100 million dollar software and services company. He is also responsible for inorganic growth of the company through acquisitions. In addition, Sudhir is on the Board of Directors of companies including Cavaya, Aware Technologies, and Intech Software.

Sudhir earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Delhi University, and a Master of Business Administration from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore.
