Dr. Monique H. Lambert is an ethnographer, engineer, and Silicon Valley serial intrapreneur with over 20 years of experience driving product, service and practice innovation in the healthcare and semiconductor industries. Monique is Principal of Monique H. Lambert & Associates, a boutique consulting practice specializing in corporate ethnography and usercentered design of enterprise and consumer IT products and services. Monique also works as Senior Healthcare User Experience Architect for Intel Corporation’s Health Strategy and Solutions Group where she drives design and implementation of new health IT usage models and user experience strategies aimed at driving adoption of Internet of Things (IoT), client computing, and distributed analytics technologies in the healthcare vertical.

Monique is a member of 37 Angels and holds a doctorate in Engineering Management from Stanford University, a Masters in Materials Science & Engineering from the University of Washington at Seattle, and a Bachelor’s in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Illinois at UrbanaChampaign.
